Hello beautiful couples! I am a videographer, photographer, and co-founder of A&M Films, based in Monterey, CA. I've spent over a decade behind the camera, and what I care about most is the real stuff - genuine emotion, the small unscripted moments, the feeling of a day as it actually happened.
In my spare time, I sing, play guitar, and love going out into nature:)

Hi there, it’s Max. I am the videographer, photographer, and co-founder of A&M FILMS based out of Sacramento, CA. I started out as a photographer in the 80s crafting all of my pictures carefully in a dark room I built in my house. In the 90s I transitioned to videography because I enjoy a technical challenge, but the goal stayed the same - to convey a story beautifully through composition, light, and careful attention to all the small details that make your wedding day special.

So in terms of capturing our first looks, to the ceremony and then to the reception for our speeches and first dance, she was so professional and captured it all beautifully. In my opinion, the best part of A&M’s videography was when the party started during the reception. I say that because it felt like she was on the dance floor with us as a guest! It was amazing how she was running around capturing cool moments and being present! There was this once specific moment I remember of her running through our snake dance line getting a first person POV of what our guests were experiencing! Immediately after your wedding, all footage is backed up to multiple secure storage locations. Redundancy is a core part of our workflow to protect your memories.

The final films are delivered via a personalized website with access to your films for 10 years.

Yes! We carry standard liability insurance for each of our weddings. We are happy to add venue as additional insured upon request.
